INTRODUCTION
Heuristics evaluation for user interface design is the principles of
evaluation for interface design. It was developed by Jakob Nielsen in 1994. The
meaning of heuristic evaluation is method that enable the human to solve the
problem in the user interface design. This method is commonly used in the
interaction of human and computer. Most of designer used this method to check
some error for website. There are several advantages by using this heuristics
evaluation:
1. The feedbacks from the user are fast and the costs for the designer
are reasonable.
2. The results from the user are useful and valid.
3. The questions provided are easy to understand.
4. It very useful for the designer to help designer get the evaluation
before actual user help in the further testing.
5. The designer can estimate on how much the problem of the user
interface in the website that need to overcome.

consistency and standards, error prevention, recognition rather than recall,

This website had provided the feedback for the user. For the visitors who have the account user, it will provide newsletter for them for an update from the admin. However, the newsletter is optional. Besides that, while the visitor buying anything from this website, it had indicator called ‘Shopping Cart’ which shows how much product that we buy.
Match between system and the real world.
In the website, there is an icon that matches with the real world. For example, image of magnifying glass indicate the search box. The magnifying glass from the website and the real world are using the same function which is searching.
User control and freedom
The user when browsing into the website, if they want to go to the home page they can click at the logo of the website rather than click at the button home page. Moreover, there is also a page indicator for the user. It is function for the user to go to any age that they want.
